What is EKO Resort TRC Bintan?
EKO Resort TRC Bintan is, as the name implies, an EKO Resort where everything in the Resort comes from "own soil" over 150 ha.
You should think of the wood that is used up to the fish, which is served in the restaurant, comes from our own country/soil. In this way we have set up a sustainable Resort, where we generate work for the local population.
Where is EKO Resort TRC Bintan exactly?
EKO Resort TCR Bintan is located on the north side of Bintan Island, just below Singapore, in beautiful Indonesia.
EKO Resort TCR Bintan is located against the resorts area of Lagoi Bay where the "Big resorts" of Nirwana, Club Med and SwissInn are located.
Because of the beautiful and good location you have everything close by, think of Singapore and Malaysia, which means that the region is also called "The Golden Triangle".

Forms to invest in:
EKO Resort TCR Bintan has 3 types of villas for you, in which you can invest: Villa Type A, Villa Type B and Villa Type C.
In terms of investment, EKO Resort TCR Bintan uses 2 forms.
1) Investment with an annual guarantee of a efficiency of 5% of your investment.
2) Investment with an annual efficiency of 8% of the net turnover of your Villa, you will be informed twice a year by means of a report.
With the form with 5% guarantee you receive 5% of your investment as standard and that will remain the same during the term.
In the form of 8% of the net turnover, it will increase during the term, as the rental price of the Villa will increase.
With both options it applies that at the end of the term (10 or 20 years) your investment will be refunded by EKO Resort TCR Bintan. Calculations can be found later in the brochure.
EKO Resort TCR Bintan is responsible for the rental and the making of the return, as does the maintenance of the Villa.

Together with family and friends you can also enjoy from your own Villa, but this is subject to a maximum of 90 days.
The investment is seen in the Netherlands as a recreational home abroad and will fall under Box 3 in the current tax regime, whereby you state the value of your investment on the reference date in your annual return.
With the Villas of TRC, that means the value of your investment, whereby the value will remain the same throughout the term.

Description type of Villas.
Villa type A:
Is a beautiful villa of 25m2 in which 2 people can stay well, equipped with double bed or 2x single, bathroom with toilet and hot shower, desk and terrace / veranda.
Villa type B:
Is a beautiful villa of 35m2, which can accommodate 2 to 4 people, with the bathroom and everything spacious, otherwise the same as Villa type A.
Villa type C:
Is a villa of 45m2, which can accommodate 4 to 6 people, with 2 bedrooms and a common room, furthermore similar to Villa type B.
All Villas have their own garden, where Villa type C has its own Gasebo.
